A share is a portion of a single animal, cut to your sheet and vacuum sealed. Steaks, roasts, brisket, short ribs, and ground: the full range the animal has to offer.

How ordering works
- Reserve. Send the order form with the size you want, and we'll put you on the next animal.
- Cut sheet. We walk you through it: thickness, roast size, how much ground.
- Processing. The carcass takes four to six weeks to process.
- Delivery. We deliver it, or ship it to your nearest airport for pickup.
Getting your beef
We deliver across Dallas, Austin, Houston, and all areas in between. Outside that area, we ship through Southwest Airlines Cargo, and you pick up your order at the airport.
